  • Civil services are currently being installed.
  • Plans for 2 storey with basement homes have been finalized for lots 4 & 5, and the Developer has applied for building permits for lots 4 & 5. Currently, permits take about 3 months.
  • Plans are being drawn for lots 1 & 2. The plans will be for 2 storey plus basement homes with master bedroom on the main floor and triple garage.
